After being signed by distinguished personalities from science, business, and politics, the declaration will be published. Citizens of Europe and partner countries will be able to sign it online.
Subsequently, it will be submitted – together with in-depth memoranda – to the authorities responsible for politics, research, and innovation funding in the European states and in the EU.
