WHAT CAUSES THE FEAR OF CHANGE?

The fear of change is one of the most fundamental obstacles. We must work together to build trust, but also knowledge, so that private individuals, decision-makers, politicians and businesses have easy access to it.

Positive examples, such as neutral and transparent reporting on the opportunities and risks of change, can build trust in the long term. This will lead to more people coming to terms with the necessary change and ultimately supporting it.

Lack of foundations

Many fears are caused by the lack of basic knowledge. We are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to more knowledge to better understand the changes.

Media as catalyst of fear

One of the aims of #BETHECHANGE is to educate. Unfortunately, the media landscape in recent years has used the topic of change mainly for negative news. We need much more positive reporting about opportunities and not constantly about fears.

Failed projects

Due to short-term and sometimes emotional actionism, some useless and expensive projects have failed. What is needed is a plan with which concrete successes can be achieved sustainably.

Lack of confidence

In order to drive change, a master plan is needed, as well as confidence that this will actually be implemented. Due to the sometimes too many failed projects, much more confidence in the future must be built up again.
